Welcome
Welcome to Heaven in Hell, yet another DIV layer. The image is from the series Kaijidou Mokuroku by Ueda Kiku. This layout is the result of months of designer's block and forced motivation. It's not one of the best I've created, but considering the circumstances (and the lack of inspiration), I'm rather pleased with the result. I wanted to create a real dark layout that didn't have orange, unlike previous premades but in the end, orange was still used. Heh. Go figure.

Thursday, October 25, 2007I'm unsure of whether this character is even from a BL series. I know nothing of the series nor the mangaka, which makes me kind of sad and disappointed in myself. However, I must admit that the art is gorgeous.
I have to admit that the color scheme to this layout was rather hard for me to work with. I had originally wanted just a black and red layout, but the oranges in the banner stood out too much. In the end, I ended up adding a bit of orange and yellow to the color scheme. I don't think it's entirely bad, but I find that the fact that I couldn't stick to my original plan somewhat of a disappointment.
Anyway, to finish off, this layout has been tested in IE7, Firefox 2.0, Opera 9.21, Netscape Navigator 9, Safari Beta 3 and Advant 11.5. It works in all of the listed versions of the browsers.
