Hey everyone!! There's a few things I'd like to announce, but first things first... Today marks the third year anniversary of Intoxicated's official opening! So, yay! The previous two years, I missed the anniversary date, so I figured I'd try to hit it properly this year. Haha. Unfortunately, I couldn't complete what I had planned for the anniversary, but even so, I bring goodies too.

Firstly, please welcome my new (returning) affiliate, Mei Zhu of Frozen Rain! I'm so glad she's back and it's definitely an honor to be affiliated with her site once more. This currently leaves one spot remaining for affiliation. There's been a slight modification on the affiliation page, so do check that out if you're interested. And on a related note, I know Pogi of Inkypaper.org's website has been down for a few days, but I'm hoping to see a return from her shortly as well.

Similarly enough, I've also picked up a number of new link exchanges since my last update. For today's anniversary celebration, I have a few goodies. I had intended to bring more, but the recoding of Intoxicated took longer than expected, so I didn't quite have as much time for graphics as I would have liked. Whatever the case, I bring you four new icons, one new wallpaper and one new premade layout! Possibly not the greatest of my works, but I'm somewhat happy with the turnout of the wallpaper and premade, so I hope you guys like them too! I've also been working on my icons, so although I know they aren't as good as others (my affiliates, for one), I do like them too. Haha.

The premade features artwork from Banana Nangoku whilst the wallpaper features art from the wonderful BL character designer (or so that's what I know her for anyway), Yura! Haha, attempting a little diversity (and trying not to have too much JE or KHR stuff). Hope you guys enjoy!

First things first, the "good news", unfortunately, does not include anything related to the site. I apologize, but for the past several months, I've been lacking inspiration and motivation to get much of anything done in terms of design or scripting. I'm hoping that, come April, I'll get to coding the script for Intox as I'll finally be attending the nearby anime convention, AnimeDetour, here.

Secondly, the contest is closed and has ended about a month ago. The winners have been chosen and the prizes have already been sent as well. Again, I apologize for the total silence on my part. FINALLY, I'm not sure how good any of you will consider this news, but for me, this is the news I've been waiting ages to hear! On March 11, 2010, June Manga has announced that it will be releasing Yamane Ayano's Finder Series in the Summer of 2010!! All of us fans who have been trying desperately to find a copy of our own will only have to wait a little longer. Someone has finally picked up this title again, so we're almost there! The wait is almost over! I can't wait!!

And finally, along with my first ever anime convention, my good friend, Ebony and I (along with her little sister) will (hopefully) be attending Yaoi Con 2010 as well! More confirmation of this will be given in the next few months. For their tenth year anniversary, they'll be bringing Yamane Ayano back as the special guest.
