[ EDIT NOV. 30, 2009 ] Well, as it so happens, my laptop caught a virus and killed itself. I was left with reformatting as my only option and since I had to do so without having the opportunity to back up any of my files, I'm kind of SOL for the time being. To make this short and to the point, you won't be seeing any updates from me for a while. This little set back has greatly increased my want to just be a lazy bum, so, bear with me. First and foremost, HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE! I couldn't make a post on Halloween (more like I just had nothing to post about), so I'm here on Thanksgiving to bring you many gifts. Or I could simply be wasting time at work since I've really got nothing to do...

Well, all joking aside, I've been doing a lot of off-site designing, mostly wallpapers, and well, wasting time reading and watching Katekyo Hitman Reborn. After many, many months of avoiding the series, I've finally gotten myself knee deep in the series (finished all of the manga in about a week). I'm so magical like that. ♥

That is the lame reason I'm giving you as to why I haven't really added much lately. Though, truth be told, I'm suffering from a designer's block, but from what I recall, I've been on one since the start of last year. So, that may or may not be the case. I've just been lacking massive motivation, but it comes and goes, so hopefully it'll get better from here.

Now, to give you what you're all actually here fore, I come bearing gifts. I've been doing a lot of work with Okane ga Nai and Katekyo Hitman Reborn, so don't expect much variety. LOL. First, there's two new icons. Second, one new wallpaper and finally, two new premade designs. However, for those who wish to see other wallpapers I may have made or may potentially make (that aren't shounen-ai based), you're free to friend me on Animepaper or Minitokyo. I forgot I never exactly advertised the fact that I do surf both sites quite a bit. Haha...

And before I go, I'd like to announce a few things about the contest. Most importantly, the deadline has been pushed back to February 12, 2010. This way, those of you busy with university will have a little more time to get your entries in. Secondly, I revised a rule that was slightly confusing (the browser and resolution one). I apologize for the confusion. And lastly, many thanks to Rinku for submitting her entry. All current entries are lovely, so do take a look on the entries page.

Also, Skye of Paint & Lace seems to be having site related issues, so until that has been resolved, her site is currently removed from the affiliates list on every page. I hope Paint & Lace returns soon. And to end this, I've cleaned up the links out quite a bit. This includes dead, closed and the like for both graphic sites and boys' love related sites. Ugh. So, I'll give this another try. The original post was unsaved when my laptop shut without notice. Yeah, I'm having battery issues with my laptop so, bear with me. Anyway, although I've been wanting to make some premades lately, I haven't been able to bring myself to make any yet. I apologize.

Anyway, I come bearing a few contest related updates and wallpapers. As asked by Cloud in the previous update, yes, affiliates are free to join the contest. I don't think I'd be biased toward them just because they're affiliates and my sisters really just don't care either way. Then, in terms of site related questions, I was also asked if I could turn the previous design of Intox into a premade layout. In simplest terms, no. Why? Because I'd rather keep the designs of Intoxicated just for Intoxicated.

And that brings me to the two new wallpapers. One of the two wallpapers is to make up for the refusal of turning the previous design into a premade. In short, it looks like the previous design but is a wallpaper (for widescreens only). The second wallpaper features a Code Geass doujinshi and has been available on Minitokyo for a while now. I've just been too lazy to update here and I figured one wallpaper wasn't much of an update either.
