Please understand that by taking and using any graphic provided on this site, you are to follow the terms below. As the designers have taken their time to create the lovely graphics and layouts for your personal use, please, please follow the terms. They aren't much nor are they impossible. So, do be kind.
- Do not hot/direct link the images. Hot/Direct Linking refers to taking the URL of an image/file (ex: http://shonen-ai.org/avatars/001.jpg) and using that URL to post the image/file elsewhere. Elsewhere includes other sites, forums and any other location aside from here.
- Do not redistribute any of the graphics or layouts provided on Intoxicated Designs unless you are given permission to from the original creator. If you wish to place one or more of the graphics provided on this site on your own for others to use and download, contact the creator first for permission. Failing to do so is considered theft.
- Do not remove any of the credits or watermarks on the graphics. It is disrespectful toward the original creator to remove any of the links without permission.
- Do not alter/replace the HTML or CSS code and/or the images. The layouts provided were constructed through careful thinking with hours, if not days, of hard work. They are not to be used as layout templates.
- In respect of all of the hardwork put into each graphic/layout provided on Intoxicated Designs, please place a link back to Intoxicated Designs somewhere on your site.
